No! We provide all the training you need. The only requirements are genuine empathy, a willingness to learn, and commitment to the cause.
It depends on the role. Peer counselors typically commit 2–4 hours per week. Blog writers work on their own schedule. We work around your school schedule.
Yes! While we currently have six partner schools, we welcome students from any school. If your school is not yet a partner, you can help us expand.
Training covers active listening, empathy and validation, recognizing warning signs, crisis response basics, maintaining confidentiality, and self-care for helpers.
